Stefan Richter

Stefan advises German and international companies on all questions of individual and collective labor law, carries out court proceedings and conducts negotiations with employee representation bodies, both within and outside of conciliation board proceedings. Stefan concentrates on employment and service related contract design and also advises on M&A and private equity transactions. Stefan regularly publishes articles regarding collective employment law, in particular with regard to the German Works Constitution.
