Sophia Jaeger

Sophia Jaeger
English, German, Spanish
Practice Group

Advising national and international clients in shareholder disputes and post M&A disputes has been Sophia Jaeger's key focus since she has started practicing law. Her second focus is antitrust litigation where she acts for defendants and claimants in a variety of industries on the full range of related disputes.

As a student, Sophia concentrated on corporate law. She served her traineeship  in the Corporate/M&A Group of a leading international law firm and in our Corporate Litigation Group. Post M&A disputes are also the topic of her doctoral thesis, which is about to be finalized.

She is fluent in English, particularly due to her one-year stay in the U.S., and in Spanish which is her second mother tongue. This experience helps her to easily master cross-border cases for our clients.
