Simon Kiefer, LL.M. (Edinburgh)

Simon is your point of contact for domestic and cross-border acquisitions and restructurings in the financial industry (banks, payment services and other financial services) and in other industry sectors (e.g. real estate, industrial, automotive, retail and consumer).

Simon has studied law at the Ruprecht-Karls University of Heidelberg and also received an LL.M. degree from the University of Edinburgh with focus on corporate law. As part of his legal traineeship, Simon worked for two international law firms in Frankfurt.
