Diane Shin is an associate in the Corporate & Finance practice group. She received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she served on the boards of the Fordham Business & Law Association and the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, and was an associate editor of the Dispute Resolution Society. Before attending law school, Diane worked as a consultant in the life sciences and healthcare industries. She earned her B.A. in Economics and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
