Brooke Shekhar focuses her practice on commercial lending, corporate finance, and private equity and mezzanine finance.
She regularly represents both borrowers and lenders in connection with the negotiation, documentation, and administration of a variety of domestic and cross-border, secured and unsecured finance transactions, including in connection with asset-based and cash flow loans, acquisition financings and project financings. She has a diverse set of clients, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to emerging and middle-market companies in a variety of industries.
