Lorène Sani leads a broad range of cross border acquisitions, real estate finance transactions and leverage financings. She advises financial institutions and debt funds, as well as sponsors and corporate clients.
Before joining our Paris office in 2021, Lorène practiced 5 years in France in leverage finance at a U.S. law firm, and in real estate finance at a French law firm. She then moved to London where she joined the banking team at two U.S. law firms working on leverage and fund financings for around three years.
She studied international law in Tokyo, business law in Nice (France) and international finance law in London. In 2013, she qualified as avocate with the Paris Bar.
Her native language is French, she is fluent in English, and proficient in Japanese.

Advising Activa Capital with respect to its minority participation in the share capital of Willing.
Advising the founders of Neoness with respect to its acquisition by Keep Cool.
