Sabine Schütte focuses on all matters of contract, trade and distribution law, including product-related regulatory issues. Sabine's industry-specific experience mainly lies in the automotive, consumer goods, chemicals and technologies industries. Sabine advises on the restructuring of distribution systems and the drafting and revision of commercial contracts, such as supply, purchase, consignment or research and development agreements in national or international context. Additionally, Sabine advises on compliance in environmental and export control matters.
In her secondment with the legal department of a global chemicals company, Sabine gained further insight and a better understanding of the relevant business challenges as well as the importance of simple and innovative legal solutions. Sabine studied law in Munich and at the Université Paris II, Panthéon-Assas, where she obtained a Maîtrise in European business law. During her legal traineeship, she worked in the corporate practice group of an international law firm and with the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) in Bangladesh.
