For almost twenty years, Sabine has focused on leveraged and acquisition finance, as well as corporate finance.
Recognized for her "excellent" and "efficient" service, her advice is mainly sought by lenders both on domestic and complex cross-border financial transactions.
Always willing to answer her clients' needs in an ever changing financing market, Sabine has more recently developed a strong expertise on direct lending with the rise of private debt funds, unitranche financing and other disintermediated financing.

Advising the mandated lead arrangers in connection with a €125m financing for the acquisition of Interflora group (BNP Paribas).
Advising the arrangers in relation to the financing of the acquisition by JMS of steel distribution activities in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Austria.
Advising the lenders in connection with a €60m financing for the acquisition by Telecom Réunion Mayotte of Telco OI.
Advising the mandated lead arrangers in connection with a €110m financing in the context of the acquisition of Stella group.
Advising the mandated lead arrangers in connection with a €40m LBO financing for Kibo Ricard.
Advising the mandated lead arrangers in connection with a €45m in the context of the acquisition of Charlois group.
Advising the arrangers on the financing of the acquisition by JMS of steel distribution activities in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Austria.
