Alice is a member of the Strategic Operations, Agreements and Regulation (SOAR) team. She advises clients across various industries on regulatory and commercial issues, including regulatory compliance, day-to-day contractual arrangements and long term strategic collaborations.
Alice is able to assist with a wide variety of regulatory and commercial matters, ranging from navigation of regulatory requirements in the consumer sector to complex contracting such as joint ventures and licensing arrangements. She also advises on a range of commercial and consumer contracts, including manufacturing, services and sponsorship agreements.
Representative experience
Advising a global online marketplace on UK and EU regulatory compliance issues (including advertising and product presentation requirements) relating to e-cigarettes, tobacco and related products.
Advising from a contractual perspective on the launch of a self-repair service in the UK by an international technology company, as well as coordinating input from European jurisdictions.
Preparing the website terms and conditions and terms of sale required for the roll out of EV charging solutions across the UK, including advice on UK consumer law compliance.
Advising the British Paralympics Association in relation to its negotiation of sponsorship agreements with various key partners.
Advising a multinational software company on compliance of proposed advertising initiatives.
