Elisa Rossi joined Hogan Lovells in September 2017, following an experience in a prestigious Italian law firm.
In the last years, Elisa has acquired a significant experience on contentious matters, assisting clients in a wide range of industries, with a focus on commercial disputes, alternative dispute resolution proceedings, banking and insolvency litigation, as well as intellectual property and insurance litigation.
After graduating at the University of Milan, Elisa was admitted to the bar of Milan in 2016.
At Hogan Lovells Elisa is focusing her practice on product liability, especially in the life science sector.

Assisting an orthopedic products manufacturer on pre-contentious and contentious claims for alleged defects of the prostheses distributed on the Italian market
Assisting a multinational company operating in the energy sector in the remediation campaign involving a certain number of water heaters
Assisting the Italian subsidiary of a multinational pharma company on a product liability claim brought by a consumer for drug-related damages
Assisting a multinational technology company on product liability court and out-of-court claims for health injuries allegedly due to products' defects
