Sustainable community health

We represented Mary's Center in a transaction with New Columbia Solar to replace the aging roof at the Mary's Center headquarters in Adams Morgan, Washington, D.C. with a state-of-the-art solar roof and to provide local clean energy to Mary's Center on a long-term basis.

Mary’s Center is a community health facility serving more than 60,000 people of all ages, incomes, and backgrounds in the Washington, D.C. metro area. In addition to achieving environmental goals and a repaired roof, the solar roof provides Mary's Center with a reduction in its monthly electrical bills.
