Friedrich Preetz advises national and international companies on all aspects of European and German competition law.
Friedrich assists clients from various industries in national and European merger control and antitrust proceedings. Another focus of his practice is the representation in complex antitrust damages proceedings. He also supports clients in navigating comprehensive antitrust investigations.
Friedrich studied law at Humboldt-University of Berlin and King's College London. During his legal traineeship he acquired a broad understanding of regulatory issues at, inter alia, the German Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Action.
