Belén is an associate in the Corporate M&A team at Hogan Lovells in Madrid. She has been involved in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. Her practice focuses on advising domestic and international companies on corporate law and corporate governance, M&A transactions and commercial agreements.
Belén studied a double degree in Law and Business Administration and a Master's degree in Access to the Legal Profession at Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE). She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association. During her studies, she also participated in an Erasmus exchange program at Ghent University (Ghent, Belgium).
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Belén worked at one of Spain's leading law firms.
Representative experience
Advising Iberdrola on its capital increase for an effective amount of €5 billion through an accelerated bookbuilding offering.*
