Oliver Bäcker's legal advice focuses on patent and utility model litigation. He serves national and international clients in the context of patent and utility model litigation, in particular in the technical fields of mobile radio technology and chip technology, as well as in the technical field of mechanics. Oliver also advises in the context of injunctions on essential patents and other aspects of FRAND obligations.
Before joining Hogan Lovells, he studied law in Osnabrück with a focus on intellectual property. During his legal traineeship, he has been working for Hogan Lovells in Dusseldorf. Oliver is a member of the German Intellectual Property Association (GRUR).
