As a Russian-qualified associate in the Corporate & Finance practice, Ekaterina Nuzhdova advises international clients on a wide range of corporate law matters, including M&A and global corporate restructurings. She focuses on complex contractual, regulatory, corporate governance and employment matters in various industry sectors including travel, retail, energy, hardware and software, food, media, technology and others.
