The firm won the award for our Sales Transformation program, a globally integrated program aimed at creating a market-leading approach to transforming lawyers’ mindsets and client relationships.
Sales Transformation was conceived by our CEO Miguel Zaldivar and further developed by partner Ina Brock leading to its successful implementation, alongside our award-winning Business Team brought together by Adam Soames. A Strategic Sales Group of 46 rainmaker partners drove the success of our Program globally, achieving material growth in our “pitch to win” rate.
Sales Transformation was developed to drive the firm’s approach to winning new business through an innovative elements, including a Sales Academy and a Pitch To Win strategic approach to RFP responses. Miguel and Ina were present in New York to receive the award.
The Sales Transformation program, which in 2023 also won a Financial Times Innovative Lawyer award, brings together a close-knit cross-functional Business Team to design and deliver the Program, including from Marketing & BD, People & Talent, Learning & Development, Corporate Communications, Finance and Strategic Pricing, and Technology.
Hogan Lovells took a “whole of firm” approach, with leadership, business teams and lawyers working in unison towards a clear common goal.
