Hogan Lovells advises seller on the sale of the “Overture” in Frankfurt

Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised the seller on the sale of the office property “Overture” to the Versicherungskammer Group.

Located at Junghofstraße 13-15 in the centre of Frankfurt’s banking district, the property is let on a long-term basis to Commerzbank AG. The building benefits from LEED Platinum certification and forms part of the City of Frankfurt’s high-rise development plan.

Hogan Lovells provided the seller with comprehensive legal and tax advice, including the structure and negotiation of the transaction documentation.
