BRUSSELS, 6 June 2023 – Global Law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Alpha Renewable Energy Fund Comm.V. on its regulatory structuring and formation as well as on its subsequent investment into Energy Solutions Group NV, a Belgian independent power producer mainly active in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany.
The Hogan Lovells team was led by Brussels-based finance senior counsel Ivan Peeters with support from senior associate Charles-Henri Bernard. The Hogan Lovells team frequently assists sponsors and fund managers in the formation of private investment funds in Belgium and across the EU.
