London, 11 May 2026 – Hogan Lovells is delighted to have advised Crescent Capital Group on its financing to support Triton Partners’ buy and build strategy for Tendra Technical Services, a UK based platform consolidating technical services businesses across the built environment. The financing supports Triton’s continued development of Tendra Technical Services as a scaled platform delivering mechanical, electrical and HVAC services to a diverse range of public and private sector clients in the UK.
The transaction reflects Hogan Lovells’ global private capital and private credit capability, advising leading alternative investment managers on sophisticated sponsor backed financings across Europe and other key markets.
