Hogan Lovells advises Committed Advisors on closure of €123 million Continuation Fund “Bencis IV Continuation Fund”

London, 12 April 2023 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised private investment firm, Committed Advisors as lead investor on Bencis IV’s closing of its €123 million continuation fund.

The Continuation Fund will provide additional capital to support further expansion and growth initiatives of four portfolio companies from the Bencis Fund IV: CurTec, The European Candy Group, Pressure Thermal Dynamics and Prinsen Berning.

The Hogan Lovells team was led by Hogan Lovells’ new global head of the Private Equity and Funds practice, Ed Harris together with Funds partner Jeremy Pickles, Funds associate Alice O’Neil, Private Equity senior associate Ariel Anderson and Tax senior associate Natasha Newey.

Bencis was advised by Proskauer Rose LLP and Loyens & Loeff NV.
