Andrew Muse-Fisher helps clients efficiently navigate complex consumer product disputes. He counsels clients through Proposition 65 claims, consumer class actions, and high-stakes regulatory questions.

Andrew guides food, beverage, and cosmetic companies through Proposition 65 matters at all stages—pre-lawsuit strategy, litigation, and appeal. Andrew also advises clients on Extended Producer Responsibility laws for packaging, recycling, and textiles. 

Andrew received his J.D. from UC Davis School of Law, where he worked as a constitutional law teaching assistant and served as executive editor of the UC Davis Law Review.

Prior to law school, Andrew worked as a community organizer in Sacramento, where he built coalitions to drive policy change.
