Grant Munyon advises on technology and intellectual property transactions in a variety of industry sectors, including software/IT, entertainment, and energy, as well as health care, telecommunications, and consumer goods.
Grant negotiates a wide array of contracts, from IP and data licenses to commercialization agreements; to joint venture, stock purchase, merger, and financing agreements; to manufacturing, development, distribution, outsourcing, and other commercial agreements; to employee, contractor, and non-disclosure agreements. His clients range from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies. In addition, he has broad experience handling general commercial issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Grant worked in the New York office of another global law firm, advising on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.
Grant earned his J.D. from New York University Law School where he was a staff editor of the Journal of Law and Business and participated in the Children's Rights Clinic. He serves on the Associate Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado and the Board of the GroupMind Foundation, which oversees the Denver Improv Festival. He is also a mentor in Big Brothers Big Sisters' Mentor 2.0 pilot program.
