Jonathan Möller advises companies and the public sector in the entire field of public law. He specialises in public procurement law, state aid law and public commercial law.

Jonathan studied in Heidelberg, Athens and Münster. After his first state examination at the University of Münster, he completed a doctorate in public law on the subject of "The introduction of popular legislation into the constitution with regard to quorums and financing". Jonathan passed his second state examination at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg, with stages in Brussels, Berlin and Cape Town. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Jonathan worked for over three years at an international law firm in the area of public procurement and state aid law, most recently as a senior associate. He regularly publishes on public law, in particular public procurement law, and gives lectures and seminars.
