Shaida Mirmazaheri advises public and private companies on corporate governance and transactional matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances.

Shaida has experience representing private and public companies in a range of industries, including life sciences, automotive, retail and manufacturing. Her transactional work has included both domestic and cross-border experience with mergers and equity acquisitions, carve-out transactions, joint ventures and high-yield debt issuances. 

Before joining Hogan Lovells, Shaida worked as a corporate associate in a Boston-based law firm and served on that firm's Hiring Committee. Shaida earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where she was a member of the Review of Banking and Financial Law, and a B.A. in each of Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Davis. Shaida has practiced in the firm's Boston and New York offices.
