As a Senior Associate in our Corporate & Finance group, clients turn to Regina Mendoza for advice on mergers and acquisitions, securities, and capital markets.
Regina represents both strategic clients and private equity funds in domestic and cross-border M&A, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, carve-out acquisitions, and underwritten public offerings, private placements, and debt financings. She also advises clients on periodic reporting requirements, corporate governance and compliance, and other general corporate matters.
Admitted to practice in California, New York and Mexico, Regina can transact in English and Spanish. Regina graduated from the Escuela Libre de Derecho, in Mexico City and earned her LL.M. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
