Gil McDonald's practice focuses on corporate, securities, and general business law. His clients include large corporations engaged in complex transactions, as well as entrepreneurs navigating the challenges of launching and growing their business.

During law school, Gil served as a notes editor of The George Washington University Law Review and gained experience as a research associate for GW's Center for Law, Economics & Finance. He completed over 450 hours of pro bono work during his time in law school, and currently maintains an active pro bono practice.
