Maximilian Frystatzki advises national and international companies, in particular from the energy sector, on all questions of commercial and corporate law.

Maximilian focuses on the negotiation and drafting of complex contracts in national and cross-border M&A transactions.

Maximilian studied law at the University of Cologne with a focus on corporate law. In addition to his doctorate on a subject of corporate law, he worked for a leading international law firm in the Corporate/M&A practice group, where he mainly advised on major PE transactions. During his legal clerkship he deepened his knowledge in the Corporate/M&A area and also worked at the German Embassy in Tokyo.

Advising Dagmar Vogt Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH on the sale of its 51% share in ib vogt GmbH, a leading solar PV portfolio project developer.

Advising Marquard & Bahls AG on the divestment of their subsidiary Skytanking and its aviation fuelling business in 14 jurisdictions.

Advising Northland Power on the partial sale and set up of a joint venture concerning various offshore projects in Taiwan with a total capacity of more than 4GW.

Advising Safran S.A. on the sale of its train business in Germany. 

Advising Sojitz Corporation on the restructuring of the 640 MW Yunlin wind farm in Taiwan.

Advising Wintershall Dea on the divestment of German upstream assets located in the south-west of Germany to RDG (now ONEO).

Advising Alliander on the partial sale of 450connect and the set up of a joint venture with key players of the German energy sector.

Advising Alliander on the sale of its German traffic light system business to Berlin.
