Maximilian Ferling's practice covers all aspects of patent law. He focuses on complex cross-border litigations, including infringement and validity proceedings. He represents both domestic and international clients before national courts and the Unified Patent Court (UPC).

Maximilian studied law in Munich and Aix-en-Provence, with a focus on intellectual property law and big data. He completed his legal clerkship in Munich and Boston. Prior to joining us, Maximilian was a research assistant and lecturer at a renowned chair for civil law and private international law at Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich.
