Max Janos Grieger advises on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, public takeovers, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and general corporate as well as capital market law matters.

Prior to joining us, Max Janos worked as a research assistant in the Corporate/M&A practice group of an international law firm. During his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Dusseldorf, Max Janos worked in the securities supervision division of the BaFin and in the Corporate/M&A practice groups of international law firms.
