Paloma is an associate in the Real Estate practice of Hogan Lovells in Madrid. Her professional career focuses on advising funds, SOCIMIs and industrial clients on the acquisition of real estate or real estate holding companies throughout Spain.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Paloma worked for nearly two years in the Corporate M&A and Real Estate department of another major international law firm, advising national and international clients on the sale and purchase of real estate assets and companies.
She studied a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Business Legal Consultancy at the Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF), and later, in 2019, she completed a Double Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Business Legal Consultancy at the Instituto de Empresa (IE Law School).

Fattal Group (Leonardo Hotels) on its acquisition of 6 hotels in Ibiza and Mallorca, through the acquisition of 100% of the shares of two companies holding the properties.
Deutsche Bank on the sale of 14 bank branches. The sale was structured through the outright purchase and sale of the real estate and the purchase and sale of 100% of the shares of the holding company.
Several SOCIMIs on the process of listing their shares on alternative stock markets.
A telecommunications infrastructure company on the acquisition of land for the installation of telecommunications infrastructure.
