Mark Devlin

Mark Devlin focuses primarily on securities offerings, particularly those with a cross-border component. He helps issuers and underwriters comply with legal requirements, avoid pitfalls and successfully complete their transactions.

Mark has advised on transactions by companies of all sizes, in a broad range of industries and in countries throughout EMEA. His work often involves multiple legal systems, markets and cultures. Working closely with colleagues, Mark makes complexities simple and helps parties achieve their goals smoothly and efficiently.  

Outside his legal practice, Mark founded a non-profit fostering the development of young rugby players, serving on its board of directors for 10 years. He currently teaches English to refugees from crisis regions.
