Hogan Lovells advises Berenberg on placement of 1.86 million shares by two major shareholders of Elmos Semiconductor SE

Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG on the share placement in an accelerated bookbuilding by two major Elmos shareholders. 

The 1.86 million shares of Elmos Semiconductor SE, corresponding to approx. 10.5 per cent of the current share capital of Elmos Semiconductor SE, were placed at a price of EUR 176.00 per share. The placement was be conducted by way of an Accelerated Bookbuild Offering solely to institutional investors in transactions exempt from, or not subject to, the registration requirements of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended. 

Berenberg acted as sole global coordinator and sole bookrunner for this transaction. 

Hogan Lovells advised Berenberg with a corporate capital markets team led by Prof. Dr. Michael Schlitt and co-led by of counsel Dr. Susanne Ries, supported by counsel Mark Devlin. The Berenberg inhouse team consisted of Dr. Martin Kniehase, Head of Investment Banking Legal Cont. Europe, Joanna Wilczynska-Gluch, associate director, and trainee Julius Könebruch.
