Danny Mader advises companies on a broad range of antitrust issues, from conducting initial antitrust risk assessments to navigating clients through the merger clearance process.
While at Washington University School of Law, Danny was senior editor of the Washington University Law Review and interned for Judge Raymond Gruender of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. He also provided legal assistance to St. Louis startups and charity organizations while participating in the Entrepreneurship and Intellectual Property Clinic.
Prior to law school, Danny worked in commercial lending as a financial analyst, managing a portfolio of auto dealership credit accounts.
