Insights and events
Lukas Sievers thoroughly advises clients on intellectual property law while practising patent law in particular. His main focus lies on national and international patent litigation in the field of the pharmaceutical industry as well as in the field of technical devices and machinery. Besides that, Lukas has in-depth knowledge of unfair competition and copyright law.
He graduated in law from the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena with an emphasis on German and European business law. There, Lukas developed a pronounced interest in intellectual property law, which he could deepen while working closely with a specialist attorney for industrial property rights during his time as a trainee solicitor. Growing up in a multinational environment in Brussels, he learned to take an international perspective early.
