Eryn advises her clients on securities matters, including compliance with the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, corporate governance, debt offerings, and REIT transactions. Eryn also represents public and private companies on their M&A transactions and ongoing SEC reporting obligations. Her background in economics and business allows her to assist a broad range of corporate clients.
Eryn graduated from The George Washington University Law School with a concentration in Business and Finance law. During her time in law school, she served as a notes editor of The George Washington University Law Review and was an active participant on The George Washington University Law School's Moot Court Board. Additionally while pursuing her degree, Eryn interned in the general counsel’s office of a major freight and transportation company and at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, deepening her understanding of the legal needs of corporations.
Eryn is dedicated to maintaining an active pro bono practice, particularly in the domestic violence field where she regularly assists clients in civil protection order cases.
