Kelsey Levin-Epstein focuses her practice on transactional tax matters related to mergers and acquisitions, strategic restructuring, and capital markets transactions, particularly those involving real estate investment trusts (REITs). 

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Kelsey had a distinguished career in higher education administration, most recently working in the Office of the Dean at Georgetown University Law Center, where she was an evening J.D. student. While in law school, Kelsey was a legal practice fellow and received the Dean's Award for Excellence for her work in the Communications & Technology Law Clinic.
