Leonard Hollander advises you on all things patent law. In particular, he advises and represents national and international clients with regard to patent infringement and validity proceedings.
Both his personal background and his legal education encompass Germany and the U.S.: he possesses dual citizenship, is bilingual and studied law in both countries. Therefore, Leonard is uniquely equipped to serve you when it comes to international matters, such as simultaneous patent litigation in the U.S. and Europe. He represents clients from a wide range of industries, including automotive and telecommunications.
Leonard studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and graduated 4th out of 1,348 in the state of Bavaria. He worked for Former Chief Justice of the Federal Constitutional Court Hans-Jürgen Papier, the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition and held classes at Ludwig Maximilian University. After completing his legal training in Germany, he studied at Harvard Law School and graduated with a Master of Laws (LL.M.), receiving the Dean's Scholar Prize in International IP Transactions and Constitutional Law.
