Lena advises companies on their innovative product launches, with a particular focus on the certification, information, labelling or packaging requirements and information obligations, as well as in the creation of user and safety manuals before market placement. 

Furthermore, Lena has handled a wide range of product crises by coordinating global and national product safety actions: she provides risk assessments, handles authority notifications, and drafts customer and media communication. In this context, Lena has assisted clients with product-related matters in several different jurisdictions. 

Lena’s practice also includes supporting companies regarding settlement negotiations with claimants.
