Lena Obenhuber offers advice to national and international clients in the area of product liability, product safety, product compliance practice, internal investigations, and pre-litigation scenarios. Her focus lies in the automotive, electronics, consumer goods, and energy industries. 

She is particularly experienced in product launches, legal reconditioning of product liability cases, and assisting in the coordination of global product safety measures. Lena advises companies on their innovative product launches, with a particular focus on the certification, information, labelling or packaging requirements and information obligations, as well as in the creation of user and safety manuals before market placement. 

Furthermore, Lena has handled a wide range of product crises by coordinating global and national product safety actions: she provides risk assessments, handles authority notifications, and drafts customer and media communication. In this context, Lena has assisted clients with product-related matters in several different jurisdictions. 

Lena’s practice also includes supporting companies regarding settlement negotiations with claimants. In addition, Lena helps clients with the legal reconditioning of product liability and product safety issues, as well as with developing and implementing preventive compliance strategies and improving internal processes to increase product safety and quality.
