Faustine Lefèvre advises corporate clients on all aspects of Employment Law. Her fields of expertise specifically focus on corporate reorganizations and downsizing, redundancy plan, merger and acquisitions, as well as business transfers. 

She assists in all strategical stages of company restructuring, including structuring and implementing projects, negotiations with employee representatives and trade unions, relationships with labour authorities, and related collective litigations. 

Faustine also advises in sensitive matters involving criminal risks (involuntary serious injuries, obstruction, undeclared work, health and safety breaches), reputational risks (discrimination, harassment, ethical alert) and social risks (conflict with employee representatives and unions).

As part of her activity, she represents corporate clients before various jurisdictions: Labor Courts, Administrative Tribunals, Criminal Tribunals, Civil Tribunals, etc.

Before joining the firm in 2016, Faustine worked for three years in another major international law firm, where she advised and assisted French and foreign companies on labour law related matters.

Advising pharmaceutical companies in various business transformations, including business transfer, downsizing, modification of employment contracts, closure of R&D centers, spin-off.

Advising a leading e-commerce company in the context of a global divestissement project of its european customer services centers.

Advising a leading e-commerce company on a downsizing project as part of a global reorganization.

Assisting an industrial company in an internal investigation of compliance in relation to moral harassment and discrimination allegations.

Advising industrial companies in criminal proceedings in the context of involuntary serious injuries and health and safety breaches.
