Jason Lee is an associate in the Corporate & Finance practice group. He served as a Hogan Lovells summer associate in 2019 and joined the firm following his graduation from law school.
During law school, Jason worked as an articles editor for the Michigan Business & Entrepreneurial Law Review. To further build upon his interests in the field of corporate law, he also served as a student attorney for both the Community Economic Development Clinic and the Entrepreneurship Clinic.
Jason's involvement as a student attorney, coupled with his experience as a member of AmeriCorps prior to his law school career, deepened his passion to serve the community through pro bono efforts.
