As an associate in our IPMT department, Clara advises on IP matters, data protection, software contracts, cybersecurity, e-commerce, Internet and commercial advertising, telecommunications and audiovisual law. Clara’s clients include entities from the insurance, life sciences, audiovisual, information society services and technological platforms sectors.
Clara is particularly focused on matters relating to the daily advice of national and international entities on data protection matters, privacy impact assessments, the revision and negotiation of IT/IP contracts, software licences in the context of SaaS, audiovisual law, e-privacy and e-commerce.
