Fabian Langer advises you in all areas of patent law. He advises and represents national and international clients in both patent infringement and nullity proceedings.
Fabian Langer studied law and business administration at the Ludwig Maximilians University of Munich and at the Copenhagen Business School. During his studies, he was a German scholarship holder and was admitted to the Dean's List of the Faculty of Business Administration in Munich. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich with a foreign placement in South Africa.
