Eugenia is a senior associate in the Corporate and Finance practice group at Hogan Lovells’ Hong Kong office.
Eugenia deals with property sales and purchases, tenancy and leasing matters and different types of real estate transaction. She advises reputable banks and investment funds as lenders, as well as corporate borrowers on real estate project financing. Eugenia also has substantial experience in acting for property investors in acquisitions and disposals of real properties and property holding companies.

Advised property developer on intra group transfer of its properties and relevant amendments to the terms of the existing banking facilities*
