Oren Kreps focuses on intellectual property litigation, with additional interests in privacy and cybersecurity regulation and response.
Oren was a summer associate at Hogan Lovells in 2021 before joining the firm full-time.
Oren has always been interested in technology, building his own computers and learning to code at a young age. In law school, he was a member of the managing board on the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology and took classes on how machine learning and artificial intelligence are changing the legal profession.
As well, Oren is focused on advancing diversity and responsible business. In law school, he served on the board of UVA's LGBTQ+ organization for two years, as Treasurer and then as the Mentorship Chair. He is also strongly committed to pro bono and lawyering for good. He was the Business Manager for the Virginia Journal of Social Policy and the Law and has significant experience from his time as a summer associate on Pro Bono matters.
