Kevin O'Connor is a member of the firm's Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure Group and specialises in environmental, health and safety issues.

He has extensive experience advising on environmental, health and safety issues in the context of corporate, real estate and finance transactions and projects. He advises on a range of contamination, air emissions, climate change, carbon trading, energy efficiency and chemicals regulation, and also on corporate transparency and disclosures and supply chain controls. He also advises on regulatory investigations and contentious matters.

He is the contributing editor of the Chambers Global Practice Environmental Law Guide.
