Benjamin Kesisoglugil advises national and international companies on all aspects of employment law, including the planning and implementation of complex reorganisations. He provides comprehensive and efficient advice on the planning and implementation of restructurings, negotiations with employee representatives and the drafting of collective and individual agreements.
Benjamin Kesisoglugil also has expertise in all aspects of inter-company staffing. He advises and assists our clients in drafting and amending contracts for the deployment of external personnel and all related issues.
Benjamin Kesisoglugil worked in our London office during his legal training. In addition to writing his doctoral thesis on an employment law topic, he worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Commercial and Labour Law at the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen.
