Johannes Thierfelder advises national and international companies on all aspects of intellectual property rights. He focuses particularly on patent law and on advising technology companies.
Predominantly, Johannes deals with patent infringement litigation. His practice includes areas such as telecommunications and consumer electronics.
He studied law at the University of Münster, specializing in the field of information, telecommunication and media law. During his legal training, Johannes already worked in our Düsseldorf office. He lived in the United States of America for parts of his life and he is a German as well as an American citizen.
