Johannes Großekettler advises our clients on the national and international enforcement and defense of their valuable trademarks and other intellectual property rights.
This includes support and representation in complex cross-border conflicts including trademark litigation and proceedings before trade mark offices (e.g. opposition, revocation and invalidity proceedings). Plus quick and cost-effective resolutions out of court.
Johannes is particularly well experienced with single letter trademarks, other unconventional trademark types and with coordinating the company and group-wide collection of proof of use in order to defend trademarks in extensive revocation proceedings.
