Johannes Großekettler advises you on the national and international enforcement and defence of your valuable trademarks and other intangible assets. He is not only at your side in proceedings before courts and trade mark offices, but also develops convincing solutions that will help you to resolve conflicts quick, cost effectively and out of court.

In his practice, Johannes Großekettler works closely with one of the world's leading telecommunications and technology companies to help them enforce their core brands. Johannes Großekettler is also experienced with unconventional trade marks types and coordinates the company and group-wide collection of proof of use to protect your trade marks in complex cancellation proceedings. He will of course also guide you if you plan to improve your proof-of-use management. Thanks to his tech affinity, Johannes Großekettler can also help you to implement technical solutions to streamline your proof of use collection.

Intellectual property is the common thread in Johannes Großekettler's legal career. During his studies, he already dealt in depth with trademark law, copyright law, patent law and unfair competition law, before sharpening his European and international focus during an international master program on "Intellectual Property and the Digital Economy". During his legal traineeship, he also gained insights into the work of two IP chambers of the Hamburg Regional Court and supported the IP teams of renowned international law firms in Munich and London. In addition, Johannes Großekettler utilises his IT knowledge to contribute to our legal tech projects and develops an app in his spare time.
