Jean-Pierre Tschauder advises on M&A transactions and corporate law – in particular in the infrastructure and energy sectors.
He advises national and international clients on complex transactions and structural issues relating to corporate law. He brings a deep understanding of economic contexts and regulatory frameworks – both in classic M&A processes and in strategic projects in dynamic markets.
During his studies at the EBS University for Business and Law with a focus on corporate law, he intensively engaged with corporate law topics. Before joining the team as an associate, he supported the team as a research assistant for several years.

Advice to Aareon AG on the acquisition of all shares in Locoia GmbH, a Hamburg-based SaaS startup, from its founders and investors.
