Jean-Marc works with public and private companies at all stages of their development from initial establishment to IPO or capital raising for external growth. Jean-Marc has helped clients go public or successfully manage their growth through private purchase or public take over.

He also helps clients resolve Corporate governance issues. His career has spanned corporate and private practice. While in-house at a leading French bank, Jean-Marc was involved in numerous privatisations led by the French Government. Jean-Marc joined Hogan Lovell's in 2005 and advises on equity capital markets and acquisition transactions.
